STATE
OR COUNTY BAIL BONDS are unavailable in the State of
Wisconsin. The State of Wisconsin does not allow a
commercial bail bond / surety agent to place a bail bond on behalf
of a detainee, unless the detainee has a federal or immigration
bond - in which case, you should contact us by telephone (TOLL-FREE:
1-866-930-5469) before requesting a bond, to make sure that
there are no additional State, County or Local charges pending
that could delay or prevent a release.
WHAT
YOU SHOULD DO:
Wisconsin
has it's own State-operated bail bond practice. To place a
bail bond on behalf of the detainee, you will need to contact the
jail where the detainee is being held. You will probably
need to pay 10% of the bond amount by cash, and in person.
You can seek the assistance of an Attorney if you wish to do so,
or you can contact the jail yourself for further instructions - we
